Job Responsibilities
What you will do:
- To carry out site installation and support on system software and Mastercam software.
- To conduct software and hardware configuration troubleshooting on network and machine Connectivity
- To ensure software system work correctly without affect customer production.
- To analyze all issues to find the root cause and provide solution or alternative solution.
- To handle all management and SOP documentation by email, application, MS Office for internal ISO and customers.
- To ensure ICT system infrastructure is well maintained and having good prevention from down time
- To ensure the routine ICT function is in place to ensure the business operation is on-going smoothly with minimum interruption
- To upkeep the ICT information to ensure is updated and ready for internal and external audit at all time
- Ensure the entire ICT infrastructure is up and running at all time for smooth business operation
- Ensure user downtime is minimum to sustain user productivity not affected by any system down time.
Job Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics or a related field.
- Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Application/ software knowledge (e.g Windows, Office, Anti-virus, and etc)
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
- Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
- Good interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time
