We have a dedicated expert in CNC service & retrofit. We do retrofits with world's renown CNC controllers from France- NUM. We are in process of re-establishing a division for CNC machine re-building. WE target at re-manufacture your CNCs to original specifications, with laser tool for pitch error measurements, compensation and ball bar test for roundness.

Contract CNC Programming Service

Whether it is time constraint issues or perhaps capability issues, IME can provide your facility with a contract engineer, programmer or set-up person, in house or through the web, to assist in your production requirements. Using our 15+ years of varied manufacturing experiences, we pride ourselves on our ability to blend into your current environment and to work together with your existing personnel. You tell us what you want and how you want it, and we provide it.

CNC Programming Options

CNC Contract Programming to provide the complete CNC Program along with set-up instructions including tool lists and other related instructions.

Engineering Options

- Fixturing/Work holding Design/Assistance in providing recommendations or complete design for fixturing or work holding.
- Cutting Tool Selection to provide recommendations for the ideal cutting tools and related.
- Process Engineering to provide recommendations for the machining process.

Delivery Options

WEB DELIVERY: we can provide the prepared material in the form of drawing files, documents or text files using the variety of electronic mediums available, email, FTP, etc...
IN HOUSE: If required, we can deliver the package and work-in-house to complete the actual machine set-up, obtain first article submission, inspection, and approval.
