Job Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to sales manager to further follow up.
  • Managing customer subscription and maintenance services.
  • Recruit training courses to meet and achieve the target given.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties in an organized manner to ensure timely execution and progress in assigned duties.
  • Collating and reporting information from sales and support team functions.
  • Keeping files and records of company and product information well-organized, ensuring that company database and product library is up to date at all times.

Job Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
