What you will do:
Responsible to manage technical team on:
Various Functional Role: i.e. Product Demonstration, Pre-Sales, Assessment, Consultation, Blue-printing exercise, Solution Architecting, Functional Gap Analysis, Technical Proposal write-up, Project Implementation, Management & Coordination.
Research & Development (R&D): Development of R&D roadmap closely with management, methodology, and proper documentation of proprietary technical development.
Portfolio Assessment & Portfolio Development. In order to achieve customer’s satisfaction as part of company’s wider goal in continuous solution diversification of portfolio both vertically and horizontally within an enterprise mapping across various technical stacks and I4.0 technology pillars.
In summary, able to hold management and leadership role in specific technical product/ solution enablement, replication of know-how to team members, proper delivery of solutions demonstration, proof of concept (POC), product information within internal staff members (and/ or) customers. Support pre-sales activities through product demonstration and presentation, webinar sharing, or forum panelist or key-note speakers in relevant or related field of work. Responsible to provide support acts as liaison or consultant for existing software application to meet client’s requirements. Participate in process and ensure there is improvement in ensuring increasing level of services to customers during pre-sales, sales, ongoing project deployment and post-sales support.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ working experiences in related field.
- Knowledge in automation, IoT, robotic & programming.
- Good written and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Effective leadership, communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Optimistic and positive work attitude.
- Willing to travel.
