Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries and visitors
  • Event management: Invite Customers to company events, Facilitate and organize in-house workshops
  • Prepare documentations such as Quotations and monthly reports
  • Provide administrative support on Customer Order management, Inventory management, Logistics

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business / IT / Engineering discipline.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
