Job Responsibilities

  • To constantly identify and search for new customers
  • Responsible to ensure that all sales processes and procedures are being adhered to and updated
  • Provide customers with technical information regarding the product and to ensure the product or solution are accurately elaborated and explained to customers
  • To prepare proposal, tenders, quotation and to make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer needs for the implementation of products and solution to potential customers
  • To develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, through managing their account, requirements and expectations
  • To meet agreed sales targets
  • Prepare reports and maintenance of proper updated customers records
  • To support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • To negotiate contracts, terms and conditions in meeting the needs of both customers and the Company
  • To provide technical advice to customers and to be able to persuade potential customers on the benefits of the Company’s products in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Coordinate in all the technical aspects between sales and technical team
  • Prepare support material and provide training to customers whenever necessary
  • To attend to customer’s complaints and is able to effectively resolve the issues promptly

Job Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field of Engineering.
  • Prefer 1 year or more of working experience in the related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and BM and other local language will be an added advantage
  • Good inter-personal and problems solving skills
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
