Job Responsibilities

  • Handle overall administrative tasks and procedures of training
  • Assist the reception counter: answering phone incoming call, taking messages, receiving and serving client and receiving mail.
  • Attend and assist at events such as conferences, workshops and exhibitions
  • Communicate with clients and customer care

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Studies/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Multi-tasking and highly committed to own career development
  • Team player with self-management skills and good time management
