Business Development Executive

Job Summary:  Responsible to maintain current business, develop, implement and manage short- and long-term business development strategies to ensure that the business gained is profitable by company strategic plan and objectives. Generates sales and develop business in every aspect in the given timeline.


Job Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • To work with senior team members to identify and research opportunities from new & existing markets.
  • To promote the company’s brand name and to expand the market share in order to widen business opportunity from small to big corporate clients
  • To prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Update the visual presentation materials and sales kit· To develop new and existing market demand generation through strategic solution selling, effective account management and execution of innovative marketing programs.
  • To collaborate closely with product, sales & technical team on developing new business opportunities of offering products and service to company clients.
  • To establish strong and mutual beneficial relationship with business partners.
  • To initiate pro-active activities so as to escalate value add to clients and ensure good clients’ experience to improve margins
  • To understand customer requirements and provide strategic business proposals to potential partners/customers.
  • To perform any other duties that the Management may assign to you from time to time.

Job Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

  • Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Engineering/ Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in related field.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel.
