SOLIDWORKS FILE MANAGEMENT
SOLIDWORKS File Management teaches you how to manage files within SOLIDWORKS. This course should be taken before any of the SOLIDWORKS Enterprise PDM courses, and is also ideal for any SOLIDWORKS user not using SOLIDWORKS Enterprise PDM. It includes explanations of the SOLIDWORKS file structure, file references, file associativity, and how to manage a multi-user environment.

Sheet Metal and Weldments teaches you how to build sheet metal parts using SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software. Building standalone sheet metal parts, and converting conventional parts to sheet metal, including in assembly context, are covered.

SOLIDWORKS MOLD DESIGN
Mold Design teaches you several manual mold creation techniques and how to use the Mold Tools in SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software.

SOLIDWORKS WELMENTS
Weldments teaches you how to create welded structures with standard structural members. Weld beads are also covered.

Mastercam Courses

MASTERCAM MILL BASIC
In this training, participants will learn fundamental knowledge in CAD/CAM and CNC programming. In the training, participants will learn basic commands for simple product design 2D. Features of programming for CNC machining will be Drilling, Pocketing and Contouring.
MASTERCAM MILL ADVANCED
In this training, participants will learn to enhance your knowledge in CAD\CAM and CNC programming. In the training you will learn 3D surface modeling. Features of programming for CNC machining will be multi-surface machining, finishing & roughing.

MASTERCAM LATHE
Participants will be able to create many different toolpaths for turning machines, from roughing and finishing inside and outside diameters to C-axis (mill/turn) programming. It also includes grooving, threading, drilling, facing and cutoff toolpaths for all your lathe machining needs.

MASTERCAM WIRE

MASTERCAM MULTI AXIS
Participants will learn various 5-Axis commands in Curve-5axe, Drill-5axe, Swarf-5axe, Flow-5axe, Msurf-5axe & Verify. The training will explain specific parameters for 5axis such as filter, entry/exit, tool control, vector depth, lead/lag angle, side tilt, wall passes, floor passes, floor gauge, flow parameters, axis limits, roughing parameters, point generators. The Advanced Multi-axis toolpaths with the extra options for tool axis orientations and gouge checking will be included.

MASTERCAM SOLID
Learn the fundamentals of design with solid. You’ll complete a series of 3D modeling exercises covering Extrude, Revolved, Sweep, Loft, Fillet, Chamfer, Shell, Trim, Thicken, Remove Faces, Draft Faces, Boolean Add, Boolean.

MASTERCAM ART
Learn the fundamentals of working with Mastercam Art. You’ll complete a series of Art exercises covering Creating art base surface rectangular, Creating organic surfaces, Using art manager, Create texture surface, Adjust resolution Mold creation using xform/mirror/rotate active art base surface, Round the edges using edit/fillet etc.

CNC MILL BASIC WITH PRACTICAL
In this training, participants will learn fundamental knowledge in CAD/CAM and CNC programming with actual machining. The participants will learn basic 2D commands for simple product design. Features of programming for CNC machining will be Drilling, Pocketing and Contouring. Participants will have actual experience to run CNC machine throughout this course.
