What you will do:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to sales manager to further follow up.
- Managing customer subscription and maintenance services.
- Recruit training courses to meet and achieve the target given.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers.
- Communicate with internal and external parties in an organized manner to ensure timely execution and progress in assigned duties.
- Collating and reporting information from sales and support team functions.
- Keeping files and records of company and product information well-organized, ensuring that company database and product library is up to date at all times.
Who we’re looking for:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
